I encountered a problem with our e-mails. Our employees couldn't log in to their email accounts. I tried to access their email thru Cpanel but unfortunately, I can't access it too. Please help me.

I never had such a problem. But I think you should consult with your hosting provider company. I am managing americatools and boardersguide. cPanel never had some critical error with me.
